The Nutrition Programme

In order to achieve a finely toned and conditioned physique (i.e. one that is low in body fat) it is essential to follow a nutrition plan which is both specifically designed to meet this goal and tailored to unique attributes about your person (e.g. gender and body weight).  The Odissean Experience’s Hermes Nutrition Programme is a fine example of such a plan.  Designed to promote toning and conditioning, and based on attributes such as your gender and your current approximate body weight, each of these plans have been skilfully crafted to meet a total calorie and total macronutrient limit.

The Training Programme

The Odissean Experience’s Hermes Programme comes with an expertly designed training plan split into three phases and spanning 12 short weeks. Each phase gradually builds upon the other, from simple low-intensity movements and then, as the body tones over time, to higher-intensity workouts, with more work exerted upon each muscle. Every workout within the plan has a corresponding in-depth, well explained, and thorough training video featuring renowned ISSA qualified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach and nutrition specialist Simon Yates.
